This is a tutorial for playing winamp links.<br><br>

Firstly you will need winamp, this is a media player and is available from www.winamp.com<br><br>

Make sure you choose the free version!!!!<br><br>

Download and install the FULL version: <br><br>

Once fully installed leave it open and go to the forum, now I will show you how to find out what your PASSWORD is to logon to your link.<br><br>

Your PASSWORD is the email address you registered on the forum with, so look near the top of the forum and you will see this:<br><br>

Click on PROFILE:<br><br>

See my email is sportfanatic@gmail.com so all I need to do to make this my PASSWORD is remove the @ symbol. That is all you have to do with your own email address in your PROFILE. Nothing more, nothing less!<br><br>

I have changed that email to an example of course as I do not want anyone to know my email on the forum for obvious reasons.<br><br>

So now open up notepad (I am taking it that you can all do that lol)<br><br>

The top line is the link that has been posted that I need to change in order for it to work.<br><br>

I have copied and pasted my USERNAME and my email address from my PROFILE next to make it easy for me to alter the link.<br><br>

The link at the bottom is my link ready to be put into WINAMP. Notice that <U>all I have done is replaced username with Buggerlugs (Remember it is case sensitive so if you have any CAPITAL LETTERS like me with the B in Buggerlugs then it MUST be a capital!) and I have replaced password with my email address with the @ sign removed.</U><br><br>

Now I go back to winamp and look for FILE:<br><br>

And then I copy and paste the bottom link from my notepad (as shown in my earlier example) into the box:<br><br>

Error Messages Explained:<br><br>

What are these error messages? Here they are explained:<br><br>

The above error means that there is no stream running at present or the stream is down.<bR><bR>

The above error means that you have not entered the link correctly, could be a number of reasons for this. Usually you have not entered the USERNAME or EMAIL ADDRESS correctly. Have you remembered that it is case sensitive? Have you remembered that if you have any CAPITAL LETTERS in your username or email address they MUST be included? Remember what I said before in my tutorial, <U>the username and email address need to be EXACTLY the same as you use on the forum, the only thing you have to remove is the @ symbol from your email address you use on the site</U> and that is found by <U>checking your PROFILE.</U><bR><bR>

The above error can also mean that you have shared your login with a friend and he is on the link. Sadly both of you cannot watch the same link with only one login. Your friend will need to pay too so tell him/her to come and join us, after all we are not expensive.  ;-)<bR><bR>

The above error is the classic 403 error. This will usually mean that you are for some reason BANNED from the stream and there is usually a good reason for this.<bR><bR>

<U>Important notice about viewing from work or University: Please be aware that you might be prevented from viewing because of the work or University FIREWALL that can block specific ports/programs, sadly there is nothing we can do about that.</U><bR><bR>
